What made you choose real estate as your career?

Ariadne: I remember that since I was a little girl back in Cuba I was fascinated by houses, building, etc… and my father always talked to me to be wise and invest buying real estate. Then after a couple of year in U.S.A., I started investing in real estate and then I became a REALTOR®.

Ivan: I decided to jump onto real Estate back on 2006 right before the market crash. Crazy me, right?

The dynamics of the real estate market matches my personality and the viability to handle your own time and destiny is fine to me. It is very gratifying when people’s dream come to reality and you realized that you were a part of the process.

Why did you want to join Keller Williams?

Ariadne: I wanted to take my business and the relationship with our customers to the next level of service and performance, so we looked for the number one real estate company in the country and Keller Williams is the number one.

Ivan: As a growing team we were facing the issue of not having the best models and systems in place to support our team’s expansion. Looking for the best, we came across Gary Keller’s book, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and fell in love the Four Models he described. We decided to follow those models and join KW.

What have you liked most about working as part of the Keller Williams team?

Ariadne: I studied computer science, so I’m very structured and organized. I believe that if we implement Keller Williams models and systems by the books, and with all the experience that we have, we can expect great things to happen to our team in the near feature.

Ivan: Keller Williams models and systems are the best in the industry and the inclusion of their agents to participate to improve the systems through Labs is phenomenal. Also, the constant educational training at all levels helps you to be on top of the game.

If we asked your clients why they work with you, what would they say?

Ariadne: Our clients could say that we are very experienced and acknowledge that, as real estate agents, we are good negotiators, very ethical, have exceptional integrity, and are always going the extra mile.

Ivan: They will tell you that we’re very passionate, that we love what we do, are always on the go, on top of our business, reachable most of the time, and are caring for our client’s best interests.

Based on your experience, what advice would you give to new agents?

Ariadne: Be committed, work hard, get out your comfort zone, copy models and systems, follow experienced REALTORs® and focus on your database first.

Ivan: Treat all your clients like they are part of your family, with the respect they deserve, think first about giving before receiving and work for relationships, not for transactions. Put your heart in everything you do and be humble.
