KW Tampa’s Alex Lucke Brokers Record-Setting $16-Million Deal

Alex Lucke recently closed a record-setting $16-million commercial property portfolio at his Keller Williams Tampa Properties market center.

Alex fostered the relationship with the seller for several years before brokering the sale of the fully leased investment medical office portfolio.

“This deal was the culmination of the training I received over the last three years from Coach Cook and Keller Williams Commercial,” Alex said. “The educational environment, mentoring and KW Commercial tools are what put me into the position to successfully represent such a large investment sale.”

A Florida native with a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Florida, Alex joined Keller Williams in 2016 after he decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

“I checked out several brokerages and realized KW offered a lot for new and even experienced agents,” Alex said. “Getting started in commercial real estate is not easy, but under good mentorship, I’ve learned so much about commercial real estate and the business. It’s been an outstanding boots-on-the-ground experience.”

Keller Williams allowed Alex to start earning commissions during his first year on the team. “Working here has been the best of both worlds.
