$70-Million Team Joins Keller Williams at Lighthouse Point

When you’re already leading a successful real estate team that has had between $60-$80 million a year in sales for the past 20 years, why would you need Keller Williams?

“It’s simple. We want to take our business to the next level,” said Jack Prenner of The Prenner Real Estate Group in Lighthouse Point. “We typically carry around 40-50 listings each month and have taken decades to build our extensive network of buyers, sellers, and investors. Jack, along with his wife and business partner Cathy, has built a remarkable team of seven that closed $70 million over the past 12 months. Over the years, they’ve been courted by several large brokerages, but none had the tools and vision of Keller Williams.

The couple has three children and 14 grandchildren — with two adopted from China and two from Ethiopia.
