$50-Million Team Joins Keller Williams Melbourne

“One of the main reasons we brought our successful team to Keller Williams was because the organization’s culture is focused on family and community,” said P.J. McLoughlin, a team lead who recently left an independent brokerage to join the Keller Williams market center in Melbourne, Fla.
“In addition, Keller Williams was created by an agent for agents and it shows in everything they do,” McLoughlin added. “From the technology to the training, that agent-centric focus is the driving force that makes a business successful.”
McLoughlin, who has been a real estate agent since 2013, moved to Florida from the world’s tech center of Silicon Valley. He and his team have reached more than $50 million in total sales over the last 12 months.
The team also represents one of Brevard County’s top custom home builders, DiPrima Homes, selling 330 units in 2017-2018.
“Keller Williams’ focus on technology and how that can be used to help agents held a strong interest for me,” McLoughlin said. “In addition, training is the backbone of their culture. The organization is always striving and working to help agents build better careers and lead meaningful lives.”
