Osmany Garcia, Keller Williams Coral GablesAgent: Osmany Garcia, Managing Broker, Keller Williams Realty Coral Gables

Awards/Recognition: Keller Williams $10+ Million Producer, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Premier Luxury Marketing Consultant

What made you choose real estate as your career?

Osmany Garcia: Several years ago I was ready to purchase my own house. When it came time to buy my next home, I realized the agent who was helping me did not do much to assist me to find my next home. I got so frustrated that I decided to get my real estate license and found my future home within 45 days from getting my license. What was interesting to me was the house I purchased was already on the market when I was house hunting.  That poor service experience from that agent opened my eyes to the lack of skilled agents in this industry. From that point forward, I  decided to become the best real estate agent I could be and to provide the best service possible for my clients.

Our job is not an easy one, but I the opportunity to improve and to learn every day allows me be a better agent every day and to provide a better service every day that pass by as I continue my path in real estate.

Why did you want to join Keller Williams?

Garcia: I joined for the organization’s training, technology, leadership opportunity, growth, and accountability.

What have you liked most about working as part of Keller Williams?

Garcia: With Keller Williams,  I genuinely feel I own my business. I can operate as an independent contractor, leveraging all of the tools and systems the company provides. Their systems not only minimizes my business expenses but makes me feel like I own my brokerage firm without really owning a real estate company.

If we asked your clients why they work with you, what would they say?

Garcia: That I have an unconditional commitment to my clients. They are my priority, and they recognize that. My clients know I always put them before anything else. I will never do anything that negatively (?) affects them in any way, shape or form.

Based on your experience, what advice would you give to new agents?

Garcia: I would give them the same advice I would give my brother. If you are going to start and have a successful carrier in real estate, then Keller Williams is the only safe way to succeed. The organization’s training is second to none, and KW is always looking for a way to be ahead of the game and bring constant value to the agent.

Plus, the career opportunity is excellent as well since you can go from self-employed to business owner with minimum expenses. KW will help you create a plan and will help you execute that plan to the highest level.
