Kelle Named Top Tech Innovation!

| July 26, 2018

Kelle, the award-winning AI-powered personal assistant developed by Keller Williams, took top honors at the Inman Innovator Awards of the Year 2018.

Capturing first place in the Real Estate Technology category, the app was recognized for taking data and Artificial Intelligence beyond “the scope of a Siri or an Alexa to help agents manage their deals.”

Kelle not only helps Keller Williams agents handle referrals, it answer questions, check progress toward career goals, and much more. Since Kelle is always on and always learning, the app will get more powerful over time.

KW co-founder Gary Keller has put his agent partners first by building a platform that will allow individual agents to be their real estate technology hub in their individual markets.

Since February, Kelle has been downloaded 76,878 times.

“The average amount an agent will spend on their technology is $1 billion,” said Keller. “My goal is to reclaim the $1 billion for the agent.”

Keller is adamant about building an innovation engine to help agents and their businesses succeed.

Working “underneath” Kelle is the Keller Cloud. Launched in early 2017, the integrated platform simplifies and streamlines the everyday agent experience of lead generation, transaction management, and home ownership.

In the past, agents had to rely on vendor-provided technology solutions over which KW had no control. These unfocused and unconnected solutions often failed to meet agent needs.

It can take at least two years to build an extensive industry-specific cloud service and another year to develop an AI system to optimize that data. Thanks to KW’s profit share program that started collecting data 30 years ago, KW simply had to connect a pipeline from its massive databank to its cloud service.

Keller Cloud provides agents with a comprehensive solution for sending, receiving, and tracking referrals. The platform also enables agents to expand their circle of influence by means of automated social media marketing that is monitored and optimized in real time.

Unlike any other company in the space, all of the data within the Keller Cloud is exclusively owned by Keller Williams and its agents.
