Dan Barrile Closes $9.6 Million Deal on California Commercial Property
Dan Barrile, a top agent in the Fort Myers market center, has closed the office’s largest volume transaction at $9.6 million.
Representing the buyers, Barrile successfully negotiated the acquisition of a 73,000-square-foot shopping center in Stockton, Calif. that featured the retail giant Marshalls as the anchor tenant.
“Because of Keller Williams’ national and international footprint, I have access to the resources to across the country and provide a full range of services to my clients,” said Barrile.
A licensed agent since 2004, Barrile started with a small company in the historic district of Savannah, Ga. where he gained broad experience in residential, property management, leasing, and commercial real estate.
When he heard Keller Williams was entering the Fort Myers market, he quickly made a move to join the team.
“I had participated in the BOLD: Business Objective, a Life by Design while I was an agent with the other firm and it was that course that made me want me partner with Keller Williams,” said Barrile who attended BOLD twice more after joining KW. “The organization’s culture and commitment to helping agents build their real estate business made the decision an easy one.”
“I also saw how Keller Williams had exploded overnight when they came into Savannah. The organization grew so quickly there I figured the same thing would happen in Fort Myers, and it has,” he added.
From locating the shopping center for his clients last September to closing in late July, Barriles emphasizes there are no quick roads to success.
“There is no substitute for putting the work in,” he added. “There a lot of little companies promising you riches if you buy their systems. The riches come from getting out there and pounding the pavement. Getting leads. Everything I learned from BOLD.”
