Janet Wasserberger and Jessica Magrill

The Keller Williams South Florida Region would like to welcome Janet Wasserberger & Associates to the Wesley Chapel Market Center. We are excited and honored at your decision to join the Keller Williams family!

Janet has been with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group/Carrollwood office (formerly Prudential Tropical Realty) since 2005.  As an individual agent, she achieved Chairman’s Circle GOLD, top 2% in the nation for Berkshire Hathaway, in 2016.  Janet has lived in Tampa since 1985.

Her associate, Jessica Magrill, born and raised in Tampa, has been with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group/Carrollwood office since 2015.  She and Janet have a long history since her parents were among Janet’s first friends when she moved to the area.

“We decided to join KW because the business model for the company is agent focused.  Realtors need to understand that they are running a business and KW provides the tools and resources necessary to reach both individual and team goals. Profit Sharing and the Legacy Program weighed heavily in our decision to transition to Keller Williams.”

Janet went on to comment that she is extremely excited to be chosen among a handful of top producers to open the new Wesley Chapel Market Center in the next few months. Janet and Jessica look forward to growing their business and establishing a strong presence in this fast growing community.  “We are proud to be part of the Keller Williams South Florida Region!”
