Congratulations to Claudia Restrepo for being ranked as the NUMBER ONE LATINO AGENT in the 2016 National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Top 250 Latino Agent awards! This year NAHREP  received more than 700 nominations, the most received to date and a growing testament of the honor.

Claudia Restrepo leads a seventh Level team in Spokane, Washington that closed 443 deals last year and is on pace to close 560 this year.  Meanwhile, she has used the Millionaire Real Estate Agent strategies to keep the business going at this high level while moving clear across the country to Coral Gables so she can be closer to family.  Claudia now oversees an office in the Gables that went from 75 agents to 330 – and production has tripled!  The agents are on track to close almost 1,000 sales this year! Claudia believes in a group approach to success and credits her Team for the cooperative effort in helping more clients every year.
