KW Associates Work Together to Close $16 Million Miami Land Sale
Three KW agents worked together in September to close the sale of 1950 NW 1st Avenue in Miami. The price of the sale and the effort it took to carry the deal through closing is a testament to the KW culture of teamwork, coaching and partnership.
KW Coral Gables – Coconut Grove associates, Keiti Silva, Robert Rosete and Tatiane Kail, worked together to help a Buyer purchase a commercial development site in the popular Miami Wynwood District. The agents presented an offer on another property in the market center but the deal never materialized. The Buyer then became interested in the 1st Avenue property that had been presented to him in the initial agent meeting, and a decision was made to place an offer. The asking price on 1st Avenue was $23 Million for 2.5 acres. After four months of negotiations, persistence, and the outstanding teamwork by all involved, a successful deal of $16 Million cash, 20 days due diligence , 5 days to close, was finalized.
What the seller had to say
“Keiti Silva and Robert Rosete were a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our $16 million dollar development site. They were efficient and expedient in the handling of the transaction. Their knowledge and expertise was helpful in facilitating a successful closing. I would recommend them for the sale of any future commercial project.”
