In the annual REAL Trends 500 study – independent ranking of the TOP 500 U.S. Brokers — Keller Williams offices represent 23% (116) of brokerages ranked by closed transactions and 24% (119) of brokerages ranked by closed volume — more than ANY other real estate franchise.

Among the Top 50 Brokerages, Keller Williams offices appeared in the Top 50 more than any other brand, making KW No. 1 in Sales Volume per office, and largest increase in Closed Transactions.
