Get your GPS to Business Success

Did you make the money you wanted this year?   A lot of real estate agents did.   Our agents in South Florida have put over 11 Million dollars MORE in commissions in their pockets during 2011!   The ones I know had 2 things in common.

  1. They had a business plan.
  2. They committed to doing what it takes to make it happen.

Some committed to farming.  Some did open houses.  Another worked his database.   They’re all celebrating the joy of providing the things they wanted this year for themselves and their families.

Think about it.  You wouldn’t take a summer vacation without a GPS to get you there.   You wouldn’t make a holiday meal without the right recipe.  Your business plan IS your recipe.  It’s your GPS for success.

What didn’t you get to do this year, because you didn’t make the money you needed to do it?   Why go another year without it?

The new year, 2012, holds lots of hope.  Why not have a plan and turn that hope into a reality?   I saw an agent go from 1 million to 2 million in sales this past year.  Another went from 2 million to 5 million.   Yet another from 9 million to over 20 million in sales!    They all started with a plan to get there.   You can too.
