As of November, Ashley has doubled her production from last year. She has taken 14 listings and closed  $2.3 million for 2011.

 When asked what she has done to improve her business, she said:
“One big thing is our coaching program, having a coach and knowing your goals and having someone to keep you accountable has really helped me accomplish my goals and strive for bigger ones next year.
Also, staying in contact with my past clients has been huge for me this year, they have been my best source of business. I have also had $800,000 in volume due to writing hand written note cards, 3 listings and 1 sale. I keep real estate on the top of my mind where ever am. For example, I got a new listing and I met the client  at a hockey game.”
