Prior to her appointment to Productivity Coach & Director of Education, Boromei served as Business Consultant for ERA Franchise Systems. Boromei began her real estate career in early 80’s. Deborah Boromei’s additional career accomplishments include: 2000 State Realtor “Educator of the Year”, 2002 Top Instructor in the Nation for “At Home with Diversity” course from NAR; 2003 Top Instructor of “Integrity Coaching” from Coldwell Banker NRT and the 2005 “Influence Award” from ERA for the highest AGC in the Southwest Region.  She developed and conducted coaching sessions for brokers and agents to increase growth, profitability and accountability in offices in many states with enormous results. Deborah graduated from Carson Newman College with a BA in secondary education and went on to receive her MS from the University of Tennessee in Adult Education and Real Estate.
