Yes, spouses sell houses!! But it takes more than being married. Dedication, motivation, commitment and Keller Williams, a training and consulting company masquerading as a real estate agency. We were first licensed in March 2006, immediately joined Keller Williams and signed up for camp – Camp 4:4:3 which took us from surviving to thriving in 90 days. At the end of our first year we capped with sales in excess of $5 million. As a result of our first years success The Lewis Team received The Career Launch Award in 2007. Keller Williams encourages agents to go beyond in-house training and Greg received his GRI designation. He has been on the Agent Leadership Council for the last two years. As most of us are painfully aware, 2007 was not a robust year for sales; but the good news is that the downtime gave us an opportunity to take more Keller Williams training. As a result, we capped within 80 days of our anniversary date in 2008 and have more production now than in 2006 with 9 months to go at 1000/0 commission. Ginger has set a lofty goal – $10 million in sales this year!! Keller Williams – we couldn’t have done it without you!!!!
