Acres of Diamonds is a great book written by DR. Russell H. Conwell – What does it all mean?

It means that your success is right under your nose. It means your next deal is waiting to speak to you at the soccer game, the make up counter or the PTA meeting.

What it all truly means is that there is business out there and it is up to you to tap into it. God has given everyone the same opportunities so why do some people seem to succeed more than others?  Because they take action! They take calculate risks! And they truly believe they can and will succeed.

You have that same opportunity. Look at the statistics, there are still people buying and selling real estate. In fact sales are averaging around 900 to 1000 deals or more a month. That means 1800 to 2000 opportunity’s for you to help someone and be compensated for it!

acresofdiamondsWhat would it mean to you to have just one more deal a month?  If the average commission being paid out on an average deal is $5000,  1 additional deal a month adds up to $60,000 a year! That’s a really good job here our Tampa Bay area. 

You get to decide – am I going to continue in search of the quick buck on the easy street or am I going to get “on purpose” with my business and change my life?

Get into activities! If you don’t know what they are, show up in the office every morning at 8:45 am and you will find out. There are several people that have said enough is enough and are ready to take charge their career and life. They are selling houses and not only making a living, but making a life!

So what do you say? Will we see you at 8:45am every day to change your life???
