Diane K. Heinz, CCIM, combines the professional credentials of the highly coveted CCIM designation with 18 years of high-level government public policy experience.  Diane's leadership is bringing together the commercial property owners along North Federal Hwy in Boca Raton resulted in a Master Plan for redeveloping Northern Boca Raton.  The Boca Raton City Council appointed Diane to serve on their North Federal Hwy Steering Committee to review all new projects being proposed for this corridor.  Diane's governmental expertise in the areas of zoning, environmental issues, concurrency, and all phases of the development process make her a valuable team member for large development or redevelopment projects.
