Nikki along with her husband Gary, became licensed in 1986 and over the years built a mega sales team that has served over 3700 families with a volume of 560 million dollars in sales. They both hold the CRS designation.
Nikki is also the broker/owner of 3 Keller Williams Realty offices, 2 Title companies and the operating partner for the South Florida region for Keller Williams Realty.
Nikki has spoken and trained for FAR, CRS, Howard Brinton Star Power, Numerous real estate boards, Aetna insurance, The Rotary, Tampa Bay Builders association, and the YMCA to mention a few.
She is a master trainer for Keller Williams University and has helped to write many courses for real estate professionals.
Being a firm believer in education she is continually sharpening her skills through education and walks the walk by sharing her knowledge and experience.
Mark Olesh
Mark’s real estate career took off as a Team Leader in 2003. He led the Clearwater Market Center to more than double the number of agents – a high of 210. Under his leadership the total profit in the market center grew by 4 times to nearly $400,000, including $170,000 in agent profit share. Mark enjoyed coaching many of the top agents in the market center as well.
Mark has used the Keller Williams systems to develop 4 streams of passive income including a profit share tree that has paid out over six figures in income. Starting as an agent at KW in the fall of 2001 , Mark quickly capped and went to 100% commissions in his first year. After closing another million in sales the first quarter of 2003, he took the Team Leader opportunity in Clearwater. Named South Florida Regional Director in January of 2007 , Mark works with the leaders in 26 Keller Williams offices from Melbourne to Miami. Mark spent 15 years in local television and loves to teach. An emmy nominated television news and sports anchor, Mark interviewed politicos Margaret Thatcher, George W. Bush, Jack Kemp, and Gerald Ford. He also covered top sporting events including the Super Bowl , Rose Bowl , and the Daytona 500.
