Janice Broyles – KW Marco Island

Janice Broyles started real estate in September of 2014. She attended Family Reunion in February and came back ready to do business. Janice also recently became a KW Global Property Specialist. The Keller Williams Global Property Specialist platform provides a unique value proposition to members, as well as to international buyers and potential sellers. Here’s how being a KW GPS worked for Janice.

The Global Property Specialist resource Keller Williams offers is a very effective tool in securing listings. In my short time with Keller Williams and being a part of the Global Property Specialist Group, I acquired two listings mainly because of the ability to market their properties globally. The homeowner from listing number one is from the U.K., and he was impressed that others from the U.K. can see his property in Naples, which will be listed at $4,200,000 as of 11/1/15! The other listing is currently on the market for $1,185,000.00 on Marco Island. That homeowner was considering selling the property himself as a FSBO until I explained the benefits of global marketing. Keller Williams offers the training new agents need to provide local and global statistics and knowledge of real estate to their clients. GPS is a powerful asset that Keller Williams agents can use to market listings better than the competition.

Thank you for providing such a povsiite and informative website. I especially like the article that advises to change from the inside out. It resonates with what I am going through right now. True happiness, confidence and fulfillment come from within. This lesson or value that my parents and athletic coaches engrained in me has paid off in dividends in my life. I feel fortunate to have had and lead a happy life because I take responsibility to make life happen. On the other hand, I have struggled when I could not make my significant other happy. My significant other did not grow up in the home environment with love and support (in his mind) and feels others need to make him happy. The harder I tried to make him happy with planning trips, excessively cleaning the house, or doing whatever I felt he needed, the less happy I was. After 20 years in the relationship and a lot of grief with this unsolvable problem , I accepted the value my parents gave me that happiness comes from within and true changes comes from the inside out. My significant others needs to take responsibility to change himself and make himself the person he wants to be. I can no longer do this for him.Thank you a wonderful site of advice. I will now read more on effective communication.Chris

  4. this probably has to do with The New Yorker only devoting two pages to film reviews and the amount of films coming out this time of year left no room to stand-by the embargo if they wanted to include reviews for other films coming out around the same time, especially if writers leave for winter breaks in December. also, if a studio has ever not made a film available to critics for review because they knew they’d get hammered, then they have no right to complain about this kind of stuff.

  5. Not to hijack this thread, but, I’d like to hire a rehab company and I can’t figure out how to find…has anyone ever heard of this provider? They’re based out of Phoenix, only 15 minutes from me and I can’t find reviews on them – Fast Response Cleanup, 492 S Central Ave Phoenix, AZ 85003 – (480) 420-9749
