Tampa, FL April 30, 2013 –  Annette, Doug and Dale Bohannon, one of the country’s top-producing real estate teams, are leaving Coldwell Banker to join Keller Williams Realty Tampa Properties.

The Bohannons are one of the most successful real estate teams in Tampa Bay selling $167 million in 2005. Over the last ten years, they’ve averaged a sale every 42 hours. Annette, Doug and Dale spent 18 years with Coldwell Banker and were the top selling agents for that company in Florida several times. The Wall Street Journal named the Bohannon’s the #18 real estate team in the United States in 2006.

The Tampa Bay Times named Keller Williams Realty Tampa Properties, Keller Williams Realty Gulfside and Keller Williams Realty Palm Harbor a top workplace in Tampa Bay in its annual Top Workplaces Survey. The newspaper also selected the three offices the top training company, in any industry, in Tampa Bay.
