The Recruit Select event in Pembroke Pines was held November 1st and 2nd – and was a huge success. Taught by Nikki Ubaldini, the curriculum over the two days included:
- Leverage your network of allied resources
- Build a pipeline of quality talent
- Utilize behavioral analysis, including the DISC and the AVA in the hiring process
- Conduct a comprehensive interview process that builds trust and informs smart hiring decisions.
