Jose Maria Serrano, Broker and managing director of New Miami Realty and Gabriel Serrano, sales director for New Miami Realty will join the KW team combining over twenty years of commercial real estate experience, to further enhance the company’s commercial division. “I believe that technology and understanding of the current market conditions are the key elements to our success. Gabriel Serrano has served as a real estate specialist in commercial land and warehouses for the past eleven years. Prior to New Miami Realty, Gabriel developed and marketed warehouses in Miami specifically in the City of Doral. Gabriel also holds a CAM license with broad experience in property management and is a member of NAR, Miami Association of Realtors, and the Commercial Realty Alliance. He studied Business Administration at Universidad Externado de Colombia.
Jose Maria Serrano served as Broker and managing director of New Miami Realty and brings eleven years of commercial real estate experience. He has closed transactions valued at more than $210 million. Jose has a Florida Real Estate Instructor license and is a member of the Florida Realtor University Faculty. He currently teaches at Miami Dade Community College and The Miami Association of Realtors and has developed non-credit classes for commercial real estate principles in English and Spanish. Jose Maria, who speaks English, Spanish and Italian, is a member of the Commercial Board of Governors of The Miami Association of Realtors and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida International University. He is also part of the Board of Directors for the Florida Realtors and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
