   That is a bit unfair. I know he is a great speaker but why should KW agents pay 2-3 times more than non KW agents?

   Hi Larry,
   It’s about growth. Allowing guests to attend… and just cover the material expense, is a benefit to all of us. The more agents we attract, the more production, the more profits… and ultimately the more profit sharing.

   This this particular case, having someone come in like Rich Geha and keeping the cost to just $49.00 is phenomenal. From expeience I know Nikki trades off training with the other trainers to get us the best deals.

   Larry,
   The lower cost for guests is intended to help Team Leaders (who pay for guests) to introduce the KW training and culture to agents that are interested in becoming part of Keller Williams. The lower cost allows Team Leaders to bring more guests to our events, exposing more people to our high-level of training. All events that we organize do not generate revenue – they are always offered at cost, to our associates. The region absorbs the reduced guest rate in order to bring more agents into the Keller Williams family, grow our region and ultimately create more success for everyone.
