2009 gave us lots to cheer about in the South Florida Region! What a comeback year it was! Listings Sold, Contracts Written and Contracts Closed UP over 50%! And agents made 15% more money than in 2008! Yes. Total Commissions were up!

We’re going to continue to focus on the fundamentals that have made so many agents successful. We’ll build around the many great national events KW Offers like Family Reunion, Mega-Camp and Masterminds.

The Region has scheduled training classes on short sales, a listing class and workshop, BOLD will come back to the region. Over 400 agents boosted their business with this incredible class in 2009!
